How to Check Ticket Status

Once you’ve submitted a support ticket, you can easily track its progress in the SecureLynx Support Portal.

Step 1: Log In

  1. Enter your email address and password.

Step 2: View Your Tickets

  • After logging in, click My Tickets or Ticket History.

  • You’ll see a list of all tickets you have submitted.

Step 3: Understand Ticket Status

  • Open: Ticket received, waiting to be assigned.

  • On Hold: Work is temporarily paused. Might be waiting for user feedback.

  • Escalated: A senior technician is working on your request.

  • Closed: The issue has been resolved.

Step 4: Review Updates

  • Click on a ticket to see updates, technician notes, or responses.

  • You can add your own comments to provide additional details.
