How to Submit a Support Ticket

Step 1: Log in

  1. Go to
    https://support.securelynx.it
    .

  2. Enter your email address and password.

Step 2: Create a Ticket

  1. Click New Ticket (or Submit a Request) from the main dashboard.

  2. Fill out the required fields:

    • Subject: A short summary of the issue.

    • Description: Provide as much detail as possible, including error messages, affected systems, or steps you’ve already tried.

    • Priority: Choose the urgency (Low, Medium, High, Critical).

    • Attachments (optional): Add screenshots, logs, or files that may help us resolve the issue faster.

Step 3: Submit

Click Submit to send your ticket to our support team. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.

Step 4: Track Progress

  • Log in anytime to check the status of your ticket.

  • You’ll be notified by email when there are updates or when your ticket is resolved.
