Support tickets are a great way to reach us fast — but they aren't the place for patient or client personal information. When you describe a problem, point us to the computer or account, not the person.
Instead of: "Dr. Rivera can't open John Q. Patient's chart, DOB 01/01/1980."Same problem, same speed — no protected information in the ticket. If a screenshot would show patient details, crop or black them out first. If you ever need to get patient-specific information to us, don't put it in a ticket — call us at 213.550.5335 or ask us for a secure channel.
Subject: A short summary of the issue.
Description: Give us enough to reproduce the problem — the error message, what you were doing, what you'd already tried, and which computer or account is affected (workstation name, asset tag, or your username). You don't need to include any patient or client personal information to get fast help; the system name and error are what we work from.
Priority: Choose the urgency (Low, Medium, High, Critical).
Attachments (optional): Screenshots and logs help us resolve faster. Before you attach a screenshot, take a quick look and crop out or black out anything that isn't part of the problem — especially patient names, dates of birth, or record details visible on screen. We only need to see the error, not the record behind it.
